      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage customer support inquiries across live chat, email, and Discord during various time zones
      - Lead a culture of excellent customer support through multiple communication channels
      - Serve as a trusted point of contact for the community and escalate high-priority issues to relevant teams
      - Build internal programs and tools to improve product support workflows
      - Utilize data and customer insights to identify and reduce customer friction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services, fintech, gaming, or web3, with hands-on exposure to exchanges or digital asset platforms
      - Familiarity with payments, market operations, KYC/AML compliance, or trading infrastructure
      - Strong understanding of community management, particularly in large Discord or online communities
      - Availability to work shifts on weekends and outside of standard work hours
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics

      - Experience with community engagement and moderation best practices
      - Comfort navigating the evolving landscape of financial technology, crypto, and decentralized finance (DeFi)
