      International Enrolment Officer

      Fixed Term Contract (3 - 4 months) / Central London, United Kingdom

      This position can be remote up to 60% of the weekly working time.

      We are seeking an International Enrolment Officer to join our friendly and dynamic International Enrolment Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an International company.

      Your Role

      Providing support under the guidelines of the International Enrolment Manager, our field recruitment (Regional Admissions Directors and Educational Counsellors) for all Sommet Education’s campuses in Europe (GIHE Swiss, UK and Les Roches Bluche, Marbella). The main task is to support student recruitment, to make sure files of the student candidates are completed and nurtured and that Letter of Offers to students are issued in a timely manner.

      • Supporting the field recruitment and the students during the application and the acceptance process. Coordinating the daily work of data entry of the applications into the CRM with the assistance of the Education Counsellor, following up with the Education Counsellor for students missing documents, payments, etc. and ensuring all applications are complete and meet the requirements of our programs.
      • Issuing of Letters of Offers to students that meet the requirements of the program as well as invoices for prepayment. Following up on payments received, missing documents and confirmation of student of acceptance of offer before moving file to admissions.
      • Conducting compatibility interviews to undergraduate students when required prior to issuing letter of offer.
      • Coordinating and delivering conversion activities.
      • Full participation in administrative/event duties as and when required for the International Enrolment department, for example managing and monitoring our general email boxes, answering the general phone line.
      • The IE Officer will provide cover for other areas when required.

      About you

      Degree educated, ideally in Hospitality Education or with relevant work experience. You will have strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel. Fluency in written and spoken English with experience in organising events desirable but not required. You will be highly flexible (some weekends and evenings activities). A proactive individual with a positive attitude and customer focused.

      With strong organisation skills and attention to detail, you will be Autonomous as well as excellent team player. In addition, you will be fluent in English (oral and written) – Spanish highly desirable and hold a driving Licence.
