      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate international shipments (air, ocean, and ground) for clients across various industries
      - Act as the liaison between clients, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams
      - Negotiate competitive freight rates with international carriers and service providers
      - Ensure all shipping activities comply with customs regulations and trade compliance laws
      - Track and communicate the status of international shipments to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in international freight brokerage or freight forwarding, preferably within a 3PL environment
      - Deep understanding of global shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes
      - Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in transportation/logistics software and Microsoft Office
      - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Freight Broker License is a plus
      - Project management experience
      - Knowledge of HTS codes and international trade documentation
