      As the International HR Advisor, you will support the International HR Managers in delivering HR advice and services in JM’s countries with very small employee numbers (under 30) with no in-country HR presence, and to all international remote working employees.

      Your responsibilities:

      • Support, own and manage all specialist IHR enquiries, ensuring accurate, prompt and consistent resolution or redistribution, by following established channels and exceeding expectations of a positive employee experience.

      • Take ownership of setting up and maintaining IHR benefits (medical, pensions, insurances) throughout the employee lifecycle, including vendor management.

      • Support with onboarding, offboarding and (currently offline) lifecycle documentation of employees to be directly employed by a JM entity (e.g., draft employment contracts from templates, promotion letters, contract addendums, etc).

      • Support with onboarding and offboarding for employees engaged through an Employer of Record (EOR).

      • Provision of monthly Payroll related data to the One Payroll team and supporting with any payroll related queries.

      • Work with external organisations on any registration, data or audits, as needed.

      • Work collaboratively with HRBP’s, International HR Team, Centres of Expertise (particularly Reward and Global Mobility) and wider JM GS team to ensure aligned administration of HR standards, policies, procedures, and practices.

      • Develop and maintain the employment documents for countries within the Teams Remit.

      • Undertake ad-hoc project work when requested to do so, to support the implementation of new systems, ways of working in line with JM’s new HR operating model.

      Requirements for the role:

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources related field

      • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

      • Proven operational experience in Human Resources in an international capacity is desired.

      • Degree in Human Resources or a related field or HR qualification is desired.

      • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organisation.

      • Solutions-oriented approach to problem solving and conflict resolution with a strong desire to create a positive work environment.
