What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver a best-in-class customer onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition from kick-off to project completion
- Tailor solutions to meet customer needs while identifying opportunities for value and product adoption
- Conduct customer-facing engagements through various communication channels, including Zoom and phone calls
- Manage a high volume of projects while adhering to defined timelines and outcomes
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive successful customer projects and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of customer service experience in the Software as a Service industry
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English
- Fluent or native speaker in Portuguese and Spanish
- Experience in customer-facing advisory, support, or consulting roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong technical capability and knowledge of adult learning principles, particularly in software
- Experience in implementing, onboarding, or training within the Software as a Service industry
- Proven track record of successful project management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer technology adoption and mitigate churn
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
