      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell CIEE's Seasonal Exchange programs to prospective U.S. businesses
      - Prospect and cold call to gather information about host employer needs
      - Foster ongoing relationships with host employers, including recruiters and business owners
      - Provide consultation on hiring needs and develop tailored hiring solutions
      - Maintain an accurate and complete sales database and report on progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
      - Minimum of 2 years of previous sales success, preferably B2B and human capital solutions
      - Experience in international exchange programs preferred
      - Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - International travel and/or work experience
      - Recruitment/Human Resource experience
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
      - Energetic, personable, goal-oriented team player
