What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy to achieve defined sales targets
- Manage negotiations from initial contact through contract sign-off and handle RFIs and RFPs
- Produce detailed proposals for clients in accordance with company procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with local sales teams and global product owners
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities to provide feedback to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly with global/multinational companies
- Extensive knowledge of TIC Certification Assurance business and products
- Fluency in English and the language of the allocated territory; proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM

- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective customer relationship building
- Strong presentation skills and capability to interact with senior management and government officials
