      Mission:

      As part of our International Strategy team, you act as an internal consultant to support top management in decisions and projects that are most critical to the value of the company. You also lead specific projects linked to execution of strategy (e.g., integration of new assets, revenue or costs synergies implementation).

      You will work mainly as part of the International unit of Proximus Group. This unit coordinates all activities of the Group at International level, across the fast-growth markets of CPaaS (Communications-Platforms-as-a-Service), Digital Identity and global network enablement and with a truly global footprint, with offices in more than 20 countries. You will help accelerate Proximus towards its vision of becoming one of the worldwide leaders in digital communications.

      Job content:

      • You mobilize and lead cross functional project teams to bring answers to complex strategic questions, supporting the management of Proximus Group and of our international affiliates in strategic decision-making.
      • You participate in the development, communication and execution of our annual strategic planning exercises for our International activities. You ensure an inclusive process and close collaboration with the different affiliates of Proximus Group across key locations (notably Brussels, Los Angeles and Mumbai).
      • You support in the presentation and cascading of our strategy to our International Affiliates and to the Proximus Group so that all employees, partners, contractors… understand our International strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals.
      • You collaborate across all International affiliates to ensure business unit strategic projects reflect company-wide strategic priorities.
      • As trusted advisor you contribute to the development of an insights-driven, analytical culture in our international affiliates.
      • You provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the knowledge base about the markets and environments our international affiliates operate in.
      • You think in scenarios and see patterns in complex situations. You are constantly looking for best practices in other countries and in industries.

      Main Working Relationships :

      • Main internal stakeholders: ExCo Level, Affiliates CEOs & Middle Management.
      • Main external stakeholders: Partners, Vendors, Policy makers & Investors.

      Your Profile

      • You communicate effectively, orally and in writing. You have excellent interpersonal skills.
      • You understand underlying forces and what motivates stakeholders. You understand the importance of the human factor in strategy execution.
      • You master corporate and business strategy concepts.
      • You work effectively in project teams with a wide variety of backgrounds and know how to lead them to success. You have superior group facilitation, interviewing, and influence skills.
      • You work autonomously within set objectives, while being at ease multitasking in a fast paced environment.
      • You are result oriented, bold and courageous without being pushy or arrogant. You have a track record of successful projects.
      • You are passionate about the challenges and opportunities brought by technology and innovation. You like to challenge the status quo and common beliefs.
      • You like to travel (30% of time), meet new cultures and work with international stakeholders.

      Education and experience required:

      • Business Administration or engineering degree.
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in a top tier strategic consulting firm or demonstrable equivalent.
      • Qualified experience in the Digital Communications, CPaaS, Digital Identity or Global Carrier Services or industries facing similar challenges.
      • Exposure with impact to highest level of decision makers (ExCo and Board).
      • Fluent in English, additional languages is a plus.
