  MAIN PURPOSE

  During this internship, you are part of the International Training & Development Department, and you support the team in all their activities and various projects. Rituals offers a hands-on and dynamic internship experience in a young team with enthusiastic colleagues at our head office in the heart of Amsterdam.

  YOUR ROLE

  You will support the Training & Development Team in the development of Training Programs for all employees worldwide. Our aim is to make sure that all employees are offered best in class training and development that represent our brand and mission. Our programs focus on building specific Rituals knowledge, skills and drive in-store sales performance.

  During this internship you will have the opportunity to give your input and develop specific training programs, whether this is online or offline. You will provide support with projects, video and photoshoots, be involved in storyboard & script writing, build and update online learning modules and coordinate the translation process. In the meantime you will also support with the international training & development mailbox making sure all our learners have access to the right content on our digital learning platform. Lastly, you will support the launch of a new learning management system.

  You will have your daily tasks however we offer a fast paced and innovative environment so each day will bring new and exciting projects and the potential to learn and give input into our ever-growing business.

  YOUR INGREDIENTS

  • You are currently in your 3rd or 4th year of your Bachelor or Master study in International Business/Retail, L&D, Hotel Management, Communication or equivalent.
  • You are available for at least 4 days a week and for at least 5 months, starting February 2024.
  • You maintain excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
  • You have attention to detail and are able to dead with deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • You are proactive, have a service mindset and hands-on mentality.
  • You can work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop.
  • You have an interest in learning & development.
