What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced sources
- Enter and update information in a customer management database

- Coordinate mass mailing lists and materials to prospective clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using customer management databases
- Ability to analyze and report on sales and marketing metrics
