  - Demonstrated experience through past projects that showcase relevant skills and competencies

  - Experience in a healthcare technology environment or with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  - Familiarity with reinforcement learning and machine learning concepts
  - Track record of optimizing user experience in software development
