The Division
Deutsche Bank is seeking an intern, with entrepreneurial and highly ambitious mentality, to join the Corporate Advisory (Mid-market M&A) team within the Italian Bank for Entrepreneurs’ division in Milan.
Role Description/Key Responsibilities
The intern will join the team in day-to-day transaction execution and pitching efforts, support the drafting of presentations, information memorandum and other marketing materials. The team boasts a continuously high deal flow with challenging and exciting projects in different sectors in pipeline.
He/she will build skills and attributes in running financial models (DCF, LBO) and other valuation data set (trading & acquisition comps), for market analysis and drafting ad-hoc reports.
The Intern will support the team in all relevant duties related to a due diligence process and prepare company and industry profiles.
