Job Description

- Collaborate on relevant strategic projects for different departments at Beiersdorf
- Support in the organization of the annual conference for our global leaders and other top management strategic workshops
- Take responsibility over your own projects and drive forward our strategic agenda
- Conduct research as well as market and competition analyses on a global level
- Support in data analysis for various purposes
- Properly enrolled throughout the whole internship period in Business Administration degree program or similar; ideally Master's studies
- First experiences (e.g. internships) in business development/consulting/marketing or similar
- Strong business understanding, analytical ability and structured way of working
- High level of motivation and commitment
- In complex situations, you remain calm and composed
- Very good communication skills in English (German is a plus but not a must)
- Confident in working with MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Did you always want to have a look behind the scenes of corporate development, strategy execution and top management? Become an Intern in our Corporate Development Team and push your career to the next level!
Together with the team you will support the execution of diverse strategic projects as well as the implementation of the CEO agenda. Primarily, you will support the organization of the annual conference for Beiersdorf's global executives and important top management workshops and take over your own projects within the preparation. In addition, you will work with the team on strategy implementation and communication, business development projects, as well as transformation and global innovation management.
