Job Description

- Contribute to the design and delivery of our ESG initiatives
- Join specific taskforces for implementation of sustainable practices related to our goals (net-zero carbon or zero plastic transformations)
- Coordinate external/customer facing experiences embedding ESG
- Launch of an Environmental & Climate Action Employee Resource Group (ERG)
- Assist with documentation, policies and assist in the preparation, data collection and aggregation of ESG input for the sustainability report, other sustainability publications and ratings
- Contribute to the design and delivery of people initiatives related to well-being and mental health, as well as diversity and inclusion and our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Coordinate events and activities (workshops, training events, webinars)
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of the online platforms (internal) including content creation and design.
- Support and promote the use of internal communication channels and productivity tools including Microsoft Yammer and Teams.
- Assist with best practice research and development activities
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.

- Passion for ESG, sustainability with an entry-level understanding of (or strong appetite to learn about) ESG data, frameworks, reporting, and industry best practices

Job Description
We’re offering the opportunity for you to join our Global People Experience team. You will work closely with our Head of People Engagement and ESG, and gain a breadth and depth of experience on varied assignments across all areas of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). You work will have a direct impact the experiences of all the people in our organization, and help advance inclusivity, sustainability transformation and progress on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Please note this is paid internship and 2-5 days a week pending availability of the candidate.
