Who we are:

M/SX-EO (Strategy Development) is part of the Strategy department of Mercedes-Benz Mobility. Our responsibility is development and consultancy of strategy topics with focus on the European Markets and certain functions within the context of the MBM Strategy.

Our work includes developing strategic targets, facilitate decision processes at top management level and steering strategic projects and many more which are necessary to shape the future of MBM. Therefore, we work closely with MBM Board of Management and ExCom as well as with many other stakeholders in our organization and the markets.

We are looking for an intern who has the ambition and talent to develop those processes together with us:

• Contribute in the development of strategic targets and measures on functional and market level
• Support preparation of various presentations to Board of Management and other stakeholders
• Support cooperation with different functions and markets as well as steering the implementation of MBM Strategy
• Execute ad-hoc tasks to support decision making

Preferred starting date is October 2024 with a minimum duration of 6 months.

• Degree in Business Management/Administration with Major in Finance preferred
• Basic knowledge in financial services industry preferred
• International exposure and cross-cultural experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills preferred

• Proactive and driven to perform
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Technical skills:

• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with AI prompts and plug-ins will be an advantage
