What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
- Understanding of technical and/or engineering concepts
- Experience in micro-learning gamification to Sales & Delivery teams preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced experience in PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with e-Learning authoring tools and learning management systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with learning and content management systems and platforms
