JOB SUMMARY:
The Internship Program is a 3 month program intended to provide the trainee with a hands on overview of all departments within our business organization. The intern will work under the supervision of Managers and Directors in the various departments within the organization. The goal is to assist the intern in acquiring essential knowledge to become a future manager in the area he/she excels in. The intern will rotate to different departments (e.g. Gaming, Hotel, F & B, Marketing, Finance, Casino Marketing) to learn all of the functions, policies and staff duties. This position is designed for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Includes, but is not limited to the following.)
• Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
• Successfully complete each job duty based on an evaluation by the Manager/Director prior to moving on to the next job assignment.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols and processes.
• Report out two times. Halfway through the program and after completion.

• Attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building.
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars
• Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
• Completes course assigned in Oracle
• Completion of E-Cornell course ( TBD)
• Shadowing with the GM (to be scheduled by Tori Marshall)
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good problem solving skills.
