      Offer highlights

      The programme takes place between February 3rd – June 27th, 2025.

      • 29 000 SEK monthly gross salary and a full-time temporary employment
      • Working model: On-site at Headquarter in Gothenburg
      • 3500 SEK health care allowance per year (to use on wellness activities such as our inhouse gym)
      • Visa/work permit support given where necessary
      • Costs for flight tickets covered for international moves
      • Assistance in finding accommodation for candidates moving to Sweden

      Furthermore, the Internship Programme offers common onboarding days, developed business understanding, personal-development opportunities, mentorship, and joint activities with the other students.

      What you’ll do

      We are offering positions within the departments Car UX, UX Content Design and User Research!
      Car UX is in charge of defining the user experience in our vehicles, from the infotainment system to the AD/ADAS systems and physical controls configuration.

      Within UX Content Design, interns will get to learn more about how we use UX methods to shape and write user-centered digital experiences.

      And at User research, interns will amongst other things work with qualitative and quantitative user research, in all different phases of the product development.

      More details on the project that you will be working on as well as the team which you will join will be presented at a possible interview with the potential manager/mentor.

      What you’ll bring

      To be eligible to apply you must be enrolled at a university and have an ongoing Bachelor (3rd and 4th year) or Master's education during the Internship Programme.

      You should have ongoing studies within the areas of UX, Graphic/Industrial/Interaction/Visual Design or similar. For some positions, experience in working with Power BI or Lightweight prototyping skills (Figma, Principle, Prototype) is meritorious.

      Furthermore, we believe that you are a great networker and communicator. You are curious, have a positive attitude, and are interested in developing yourself, others, as well as our business.

      As we are an international workplace, you must be fluent in English, spoken and written.

      The programme is open to applicants from all over the world and we welcome diversity in all aspects. For international applicants you must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the end of the programme.

      Recruitment process

      An email confirmation will be sent as soon as you have applied. After application screening, all eligible candidates will be invited to conduct an online assessment. You can apply to several internship programme positions but will only do the assessments once. The last step in the recruitment process is an interview with the hiring manager via Microsoft Teams. Selected candidates for the programme will be informed throughout June.
