What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively monitor and investigate security alerts in the 24x7x365 SOC
- Engage in training related to Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK analysis
- Follow documented procedures for triaging and responding to malicious activity
- Provide clear written investigations within the service management system
- Communicate with clients through security investigations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- United States Citizen residing within the Continental United States
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience with SIEM platforms and Endpoint Protection platforms
- Willingness to learn and continually improve skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more Cybersecurity certifications
- Previous work or classroom experience in cybersecurity-related roles
