What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively monitor and investigate security alerts to detect malicious activity during your shift
- Engage in training related to Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK analysis
- Follow documented procedures to triage and respond to identified malicious activities
- Provide clients with clear and concise written investigations
- Participate in internal meetings for collaboration and knowledge transfer

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a United States Citizen and reside within the Continental United States
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous work or classroom experience with Security Information Event Management (SIEM) platforms
- Previous work or classroom experience with Endpoint Protection platforms
- Willingness to learn and continually improve skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One or more Cybersecurity certifications (not required, but preferred)
- Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as AlienVault, Splunk, IBM QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel
- Familiarity with Endpoint Protection platforms such as CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, SentinelOne, or Cybereason
