What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with software engineers, test engineers, business partners, and leaders on coding and debugging
- Assist with various tasks that contribute to the daily operations of the organization
- Develop software solutions while gaining exposure to real-life business scenarios
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
- Support the testing and deployment of software applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a 3rd or 4th year college student pursuing a degree in Software Engineering
- Access to a private or semi-private workspace for remote work
- High-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in Java and Java EE technologies
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Spring Boot
- Experience with web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
