      Internship Program

      Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike.       Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.

      Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

      Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.

      The Talent Acquisition Intern will be immersed in the operations and recruitment functions of our HR Industrial division. During the internship, you will be exposed to full-cycle recruitment activities, including verifying specifications of job descriptions, screening and short-listing candidates, interviewing, candidate assessment and analysis, providing recommendations for next steps, and evaluation for offers in partnership with hiring managers and HRBPs. You will learn from Human Resource leaders, Recruiters, and cross-functional partners as you participate in various projects throughout your internship.

      Key Accountabilities

      • Gain an understanding of Tiffany & Co.’s hiring process.
      • Offer solutions to create an efficient, inclusive, and positive candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.
      • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal management and employees to understand their roles, department structures, business goals, and position requirements for proactive candidate sourcing.
      • Partner with HRBPs on specific staffing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
      • Update records in internal tracking/databases and provide hiring managers and HR leaders with proactive updates.
      • Support Industrial HR programs and departmental initiatives by contributing to key projects, including organizational chart updates, presentation development, and ad hoc tasks aligned with department priorities and workload.
