What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct instruction and academic intervention to RTI students in individual or small group settings
- Identify at-risk students based on grades and assessment scores below proficiency level
- Develop and train teachers on individual intervention strategies to improve student outcomes
- Create and lead professional development opportunities for staff
- Maintain and update records, including attendance and RTI documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be highly qualified and certified to teach in Florida
- MUST reside in Florida
- Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze, develop, implement, and monitor effective intervention strategies
