What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve inventory discrepancies and issues
- Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
- Assist with inventory audits and physical inventory counts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field, or 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Certification in Inventory Management (e.g., CIM) preferred
