      Responsibilities

      • Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
      • Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.

      Position Summary:

      The Warehouse Inventory Control Assistant coordinates the warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation tasks on a daily basis. This position coordinates clerical work in the warehouse as well.

      Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

      • Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner
      • Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
      • Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system
      • Identify and report close dated product
      • Complete clerical duties as needed
      • Other projects or duties as assigned

      Qualifications

      Required Skills and Experience:

      • HS Diploma/GED and 0 to 1 plus years of clerical and/or inventory experience
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Strong computer and database skills
      • Strong math skills
      • Detail oriented mindset
      • Ability to read and follow directions
      • Ability to work with minimal supervision
      • Ability to handle exposure to all temperature changes, high noise levels, and work around moving equipment
      • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

      Preferred Skills and Experience:

      • Associate’s degree
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
      • Auditing experience
