Job Description

- Serve as the main point of contact for customer communications and manage escalations effectively.
- Receive, process, and resolve mail order returns to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Proactively resolve backorders by procuring necessary products, ensuring timely availability.
- Execute formulary swaps, additions, and removals with precision to maintain an up-to-date inventory.
- Perform receiving, put-away, and decrement functions, ensuring high accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Complete daily receiving reconciliation to ensure inventory integrity.
- Assist in overall inventory management processes, contributing to a well-organized operation.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience
- Possess or be willing to obtain a State of Tennessee pharmacy technician license.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Possess or be willing to obtain a State of Tennessee pharmacy technician license.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

About the Role
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in our central fill pharmacy team? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our mission of providing exceptional customer support and managing inventory functions. As a key player at McKesson, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, handling mail order returns, and managing new drug setups. Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless inventory processes and reporting to pharmacy leadership.Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM-5:30PM
Target Salary: $20.50
