      We are seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations at our client's medical supply and service company. This role is crucial to ensuring the inventory systems operate efficiently and effectively in support of the business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent record-keeping abilities, and a proactive mindset for optimizing inventory control processes.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Devise and implement effective inventory control procedures.

      • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of products and supplies.

      • Identify shortages and coordinate timely replenishment.

      • Record daily deliveries, shipments, and stock movements.

      • Utilize inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) to track and document inventory.

      • Forecast future inventory needs through data analysis.

      • Place purchase orders to avoid stockouts or excessive surplus.

      • Evaluate suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.

      • Collaborate with warehouse staff and cross-functional teams to support operational goals.

      • Prepare and present reports on inventory status, trends, and issues to upper management.

        Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role.

      • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and forecasting methods.

      • Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP software).

      • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.

      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

      • Ability to accurately track inventory data and generate reports.

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

      • Minimum of 1 year of inventory control experience is preferred.
