What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the eCommerce order fulfillment process
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, minimizing errors and delays
- Communicate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues
- Prepare and analyze reports on stock values, cost of goods sold, and inventory levels
- Negotiate prices for new products and oversee the testing and sourcing of high-quality products

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including shipment tracking and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools, with experience handling CSV and XLS files
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with forecasting, placing purchase orders, and managing budgets
- Familiarity with Hubstaff or similar tools for tracking work hours and productivity
