What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct small-scale investigations and inquiries related to complaints and public records
- Track and respond to requests for public records and complaint resolutions
- Draft and upload Board meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents
- Collect and analyze information from various sources and maintain investigative files
- Assist with compliance matters and oversee organizational tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency with computer programs including Excel, Word, and Access
- Knowledge of confidentiality rules and investigative techniques
- Ability to analyze complex information and manage a high-volume caseload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with reviewing rules, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with compliance programs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience managing event calendars and database applications
