      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct impartial, fact-based pre-employment investigations
      - Review municipal government agency applications to identify critical information
      - Identify missing information and discrepancies to develop strategies for clarification
      - Perform criminal checks and civil lawsuit checks utilizing public records
      - Maintain consistent communication across all team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree required in Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, Journalism, or Political Science
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment
      - Must pass security clearance to obtain a Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or already possess one
      - Strong tech-savvy skills with new technologies
      - Willingness to take a drug test

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in investigative research and analysis
      - Familiarity with data analysis tools or software
      - Previous work experience in a background screening or investigative role
      - Strong writing skills for report editing and communication
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
