      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct complex, sensitive, and high-risk investigations involving various state government agencies
      - Review and interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements, policies, and agency-specific rules
      - Handle counter-complaint investigations against agency management and HR staff
      - Potentially testify in arbitration or hearings regarding investigative work and decisions
      - Negotiate agreements based on investigation findings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Business, or a related field, with three years of professional HR experience; or
      - Valid HR certification and four years of professional HR experience; or
      - Six years of HR experience, with four years at a professional level
      - In-depth knowledge and application of human resource principles
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and communicate effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in planning and conducting complex HR-related workplace investigations
      - Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
