      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor global market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks to inform research priorities
      - Evaluate and manage relationships with external investment management firms
      - Conduct regular monitoring and reporting on approved investment managers
      - Maintain internal databases on investment management firms to enhance information flow
      - Produce high-quality research notes, commentaries, and presentations with a focus on accuracy and clarity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Solid academic and working knowledge of the financial/investment industry; working toward CFA designation preferred
      - 3+ years of experience in investment research
      - Understanding of global capital markets, investment vehicles, and manager research processes
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in multi-asset analysis and portfolio construction
      - Familiarity with proprietary research tools and frameworks for evaluating investments
      - Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
