What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical support for investment strategies and products for reserve and pension portfolios
- Maintain investment reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance of all investment portfolios
- Assist in the projection and monitoring of investment income on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Support the completion of investment schedules for quarterly and annual submissions to regulatory agencies
- Coordinate trading, funds transfer, and settlement activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a solid understanding of investment management
- Knowledge of financial reporting under GAAP and investment management frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze complex data
- Exceptional communication skills to provide positive customer service to internal and external customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification or CFA Level 1
- Experience with portfolio analytics platforms and their business applications
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes related to investments
