The Piper Sandler healthcare investment banking team is one of the fastest growing and most active teams in the sector with over 140 professionals globally. Within the healthcare sector, the team is a leading M&A advisor, having completed 170+ healthcare M&A transactions over the last five years with an aggregated value of over $60 billion. Due to strong deal flow, the European healthcare investment banking team is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join the team.
We are currently looking for an intern to join our healthcare team in London . This is a six-month internship to start in January 2024 .
Candidates must have the necessary right to work in the UK. We cannot accommodate sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities:
The training:
We have a proven track record of developing our staff, which includes our interns. On commencement of employment, we provide interns with an intensive and comprehensive training program.
Interns will work with senior bankers on a variety of different transaction types and advisory assignments, primarily mergers and acquisitions (both buy-side and sell-side) and capital advisory projects.
