- Develop financial models and complete financial risk analysis for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects across a broad scope of different infrastructure classes and geographies
- Demonstrate strong sector knowledge across a variety of infrastructure asset classes
- Assist in undertaking transaction due diligence to assess credit risks, and identify mitigants
- Draft financing proposals, investor materials, road show marketing materials, rating agency presentations, pitch books and other marketing materials
- Coordinate across multiple teams including client coverage, product partners, internal stakeholders to manage deliverables and ensure transaction objectives are met
- Engage closely with clients and third party advisors to develop and implement appropriate financing solutions in a range of situations
- Assist in preparing, reviewing and negotiating financing documentation to support the senior project finance advisors in working with clients
- Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities
- Relevant investment banking or private equity experience
- Proficient quantitative and analytical skills (including excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate advanced financial modelling, valuation and debt structuring capabilities
- Highly motivated, adaptable, able to mutli-task and manage project independently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to interact with stakeholder in a wide range of situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Infrastructure/project finance experience

The Infrastructure Finance and Advisory group has a global mandate to advise clients on financing infrastructure projects and work with coverage, product and sales teams to originate, structure, and execute complex financing solutions for infrastructure projects across a vast range of sectors – including transportation, digital, energy & energy transition, utilities and social infrastructure. The group’s London-based team is primarily focused on Europe, the Middle East and Africa. It is comprisesdexperts in project finance, bonds, loans, structured products and derivatives.
As an Analyst with the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team, you will be a key player in the execution of the firm's business. You will work alongside expert professionals at the heart of a leading global investment bank. The team operates a flat structure – meaning that there is ample opportunity to work directly with senior bankers, and gain exposure and develop skills across a very broad remit, whilst benefitting from a highly collaborative and supportive environment. You will experience training, hands-on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and feedback, and numerous development opportunities.
You will be involved in acquisition finance, greenfield and brownfield finance, restructuring and recapitalisations, ratings advisory and capital structure advisory. By leveraging expertise across products, sectors and markets, you will integrate and customise offerings and solutions to help our clients meet their strategic, financial and risk management objectives.
