      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct ongoing credit reviews of financial institutions, insurance carriers, counterparties, and municipal entities
      - Monitor credit ratings, market developments, and financial filings to assess risk profiles
      - Produce clear and well-reasoned credit memos summarizing recommendations for internal committees
      - Collaborate with the Credit department to maintain alignment in credit assessments
      - Participate in stress testing and scenario analysis involving counterparties and securities holdings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
      - 3-7+ years of experience in credit analysis
      - Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial statements and credit metrics
      - Advanced Excel skills
      - Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

      - Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field
      - Proven ability to operate in a highly regulated environment
      - Strong teamwork mentality with high adaptability
      - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the organization
