What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical workflows and visual representations using Power BI Reports, Dashboards, and Apps
- Lead the entire data lifecycle, including data collection, cleaning, modeling, and quality assurance
- Implement automated business processes using Power Automate
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data and report specifications
- Ensure the availability and optimal performance of all developed analytical artifacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert proficiency with the entire Microsoft BI Stack, including Power BI, Power Automate, Azure, SQL Server, DevOps, and GIT
- Strong ability in writing SQL queries and using DAX for custom calculations on complex Enterprise Data Warehouses
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and demonstrated leadership to mentor junior analysts
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a data engineering role with a focus on cloud data and modern warehousing
- Familiarity with additional data visualization tools or programming languages
- Background in working with large datasets and data architecture
- Previous experience mentoring or training junior staff
- Knowledge of industry best practices in data management and analytics
