Job Description

Build, maintain, and produce reports as necessary to support business objectives
Subject matter expert on all billing processes and procedures
Escalation point of contact for Invoicing team
Coordinate periodic meetings with local office to review unbilled revenue to provide guidance and feedback ensuring unbilled revenue is addressed in accordance with SLAs
Work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organization with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue, Continuous improvement, Development and Customer Success teams
Collaborate with Continuous improvement and sales teams to manage billing for service projects and acquisitions
Leads and creates UAT testing and script creation for all invoicing UAT projects
Develops and makes recommendations to improve and control department processes to ensure performance at optimal levels
Generate and manage process documentation along with updating the team
Train team members on approved procedures and protocols within the department
Manages invoice processing and completion
Prepare, review and manage monthly invoicing along with financial progress reports to ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines to ensure we meet order to cash goals
Provides auditors with invoicing documentation upon request
Special Projects as assigned by manager
Can lead meetings when leader can not attend
Assist corporate accounting team with month end close activities as requested
Monitor, review, and verify system billing information to ensure client billing is accurate, including but not limited to, service hours, bill rates, billable expenses/mileage, and care notes
Available to host weekly office hours for the team.
Responsible for creating and maintaining training material for the team.
Create and update the new hire training schedule.
Coach and mentor team members to reach their goals and develop soft and technical skills to be successful in expectations of the role.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or Supply Chain, or equivalent work or military experience
2 years of related work experience
1+ years of leading a team
Knowledge of working with interfacing two systems preferred
Intermediate/advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to carry out and enforce basic and advanced policies, methods and procedures
Understanding of business processes and impact of such processes on accounting processes/procedures, including identifying control risks
Adaptability, applied learning and initiating action
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience with data analytics and robotic process automation (RPAs)
Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds
Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the work day
Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
