Launching a survey campaign and collecting data from our Producer population
Designing hypotheses based on the surveys and data sources
Cleaning data (where necessary)
Testing hypotheses using R, using methods such as correlations testing, ANOVA, and regression analysis
Visualizing and reporting findings using PowerBI
Findings will be presented to the Producer Development team, VP of Producer Development, and Chief Sales Officer
Current Master’s student in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
Strong comprehension of research methodology and study design
Experience with data cleaning and statistical analysis
Ability to translate academic research into an applied setting
Preference is given to candidates located within San Diego County

A day in the life.
During the 10-12 week internship, the I/O Psychology Intern will complete two important projects. Each of these projects will be in direct collaboration with the Producer Development Consultant and will involve direct mentorship with a senior I/O psychologist throughout the process.
Projects include:
Conducting a full study of Sales Colleagues, also known as “Producers,” which include
Conducting 2-3 Literature reviews of agreed upon topics relevant to Marsh McLennan Agency’s Producer population

The applicable hourly rate for this role is $24.00 The hourly rate offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
