      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct detailed reviews of licensing files to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures
      - Lead diligence investigations related to licensing issues, ensuring thorough documentation and communication of findings
      - Identify and escalate significant concerns or irregularities to Senior Management for evaluation
      - Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on license-related matters
      - Serve as a key liaison to ensure high-risk matters receive appropriate attention and resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Legal or paralegal experience in IP Enforcement
      - Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
      - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, licensing processes, or intellectual property enforcement
      - Proven ability to analyze complex information and escalate issues appropriately

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in Life Sciences
      - Demonstrated experience conducting audits, investigations, or compliance reviews with attention to detail
      - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Proficiency in using case management systems, databases, or compliance tracking tools
      - High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information
