What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with account managers to position Nokia IP Routing and Switching solutions to customers
- Identify and address technical barriers to the sale of Nokia products
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring a smooth customer experience with Nokia products
- Work with product management and business development to align products with customer needs
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to drive opportunities and solutions to completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with IP network planning, deployment, commissioning, management, and troubleshooting
- Advanced knowledge of IP Networking, Routing, and Switching with hands-on skills in Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia Routers
- Proven experience in initiating, developing, and sustaining customer relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge for lab evaluation and testing
- Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Familiarity with the Cable MSO market and its challenges
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
