      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and influence system software and Network Operating Systems for various service providers
      - Provide architectural guidance throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring customer value and ROI
      - Drive best practices in modular OS architecture and distributed system design
      - Partner with Product Management to define new products and contribute to architectural vision
      - Lead customer lab trials and proofs of concept, delivering technical training and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
      - Proven experience in software architecture within the telecommunications or networking industry
      - Strong technical background in IP/MPLS, MPLS-TP, and Carrier Ethernet
      - Demonstrated customer-facing technical engagement experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Pre-sales or customer-facing L1–L3 network engineering experience with strong telecommunications focus
      - Experience with Juniper and/or Cisco technologies and certifications
      - In-depth knowledge of communications and networking standards and best practices
      - Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers across all organizational levels
      - Demonstrated passion for quality, rigor, and attention to detail
