What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review exempt and expedited human research protocols for compliance
- Assist in preparing human research protocols for compliance certification
- Interact with various University compliance committees and offices
- Collaborate in writing and updating IRB policies and guidelines
- Develop and maintain IRB training materials and present seminars/workshops

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience with human subject research or related activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently in a complex regulatory environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CIP (Certified IRB Professional) credential is required within one year of eligibility
- Knowledge of federal regulations and professional standards regarding the protection of human research participants
- Experience in conducting human research
