      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for the Wisconsin IRIS program, including referrals, enrollments, and service authorization
      - Assist field staff with data entry and tracking within Wisconsin IT systems, SharePoint, and Power BI
      - Process incoming email requests and manage outgoing and incoming calls
      - Participate in team discussions and engage in problem-solving and process development
      - Provide technical support and customer service to staff, program participants, and partner agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of applicable administrative and/or healthcare experience, preferably with adults with physical or intellectual disabilities or older adults
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
      - Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
