What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support for assigned clinical applications and participate in operational and project-based work
- Troubleshoot user issues, conduct end-user training, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts on system design and workflow optimization
- Develop system and programming specifications aligned with user and organizational needs
- Build, maintain, and optimize Epic oncology and infusion center department structures and workflows
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, training, and reporting activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in IT
- Associate Degree in a relevant field
- IT-specific certification in various areas
- Strong ability to engage with end-users and support application needs
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and system design principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Willow Inpatient, EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Beacon Oncology, and Epic Genomics
- Experience with high-cost drug charging, coding, and revenue cycle tasks
- Familiarity with change control documentation and governance processes
