What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support as a subject matter expert and secondary support to other systems
- Research and write technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts
- Coordinate system installations with user departments to ensure satisfactory results
- Assist in developing and executing test plans in cooperation with project teams
- Provide end-user training and support for assigned systems as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or 15 years of experience in Healthcare IT in lieu of a degree
- At least 3-5 years of applicable experience
- 1 Application Certification or equivalent expert knowledge of supported applications
- ITIL Certification (in progress)
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex information and build consensus

- Experience managing issues and coordinating activities for resolution
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and initiate process improvements
- Skills in data mining and creating reports
- Familiarity with change management activities
- Experience leading small projects and participating in complex project teams
