      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support user identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews
      - Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for identity lifecycle processes
      - Conduct access audits, analyze entitlements, and remediate violations to ensure compliance
      - Maintain and optimize IAM infrastructure, including integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, and Epic
      - Document and maintain IAM procedures, workflows, and system configurations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in IAM or IAG roles, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
      - Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID Governance)
      - Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
      - Familiarity with directory services, SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some experience scripting (e.g., PowerShell, JSON, Python) for automation
      - Project management and business analysis experience
