What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze user needs and design solutions to streamline complex workflows
- Coordinate project teams and mentor newer staff to ensure alignment and direction
- Deliver scalable solutions for a large healthcare organization, utilizing technical expertise
- Collaborate with clients to identify data needs and provide actionable insights
- Prepare and refine documentation and workflows in partnership with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of industry-related experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills for managing timelines and deliverables
- Ability to analyze user needs and design streamlined workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of experience in Healthcare Information Systems
- Application experience and relevant certifications within 90 days of hire
- 4 or more years of experience with AthenaIDX, EDM, or Informatics
- Proven experience leading projects and mentoring staff
- Deep understanding of healthcare revenue cycle systems
