What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze user needs to design and implement solutions that simplify complex workflows
- Coordinate project teams, providing mentorship and clear direction to ensure alignment
- Collaborate with clients to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Prepare and refine documentation and workflows in partnership with stakeholders
- Manage risks and issues, facilitating root cause analysis and troubleshooting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of industry-related experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills for managing timelines and deliverables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to analyze user needs and design streamlined workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 or more years of experience in Healthcare Information Systems
- Application experience and certifications in software applications or technology infrastructure
- Experience with AthenaIDX, EDM, Informatics, or similar healthcare revenue cycle systems
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor staff
- Strong understanding of data needs and the ability to provide insights for complex scenarios
