      Wolf is seeking an IS Operations M anager to join our growing and well-established national firm .


      The IS Operations Manager will be responsible for the operation of IS services for the firm and overseeing the Help Desk team with a focus on excellent customer service. The IS Operations Manager must be a forward thinker, able to work in a team environment, have strong communica tion skills and meet deadlines.


      The IS Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Infrastructure & Security.


      Management Responsibilities Overview:

      • Management and implementation of the Office 365 Suite, specifically Email, Teams, Intune, Sharepoint , OneDrive but also new applications/features, as they are released, that would benefit the firm.
      • Lead projects as they relate to technology, including research, implementation, and communication.
      • Assist in management of Technology Budget
      • Engage with Managed Service Providers as necessary to provide support for projects, issues or guidance.
      • Assist in responding to security related requests handed down by Director of I&S in a timely fashion, following escalation procedures.
      • Evaluate resources for the delivery of help desk services, those that support business applications in delivering a completed work product as well as ensuring information security objectives and strategy are achieved.
      • Provide escalation support to help desk.
      • Conduct regular weekly meetings with Help Desk Manager.
      • Conduct bi-annual performance evaluations on the Help Desk team.
      • Review processes and identify areas where improvements can be made, either through automation or technology.
      • Provide leadership by projecting a positive attitude and providing learning incentives.
      • Build relationships and knowledge through participation in communities (tech & non-tech).
      • Maintain technology vendor relationships and perform annual risk assessments as requested by vendor manager.
      • Adherence to developed policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective running of IS operations, updating these documents as needed, as well as compliance with firms SOC 2 Type II report.
      • Be available off hours for IS support on critical matters impacting the network environment

      General Responsibilities Overview :

      • Troubleshoot and resolve technical (network/application) issues when escalation from Help Desk occurs.
      • Maintain adequate license counts for software and budget appropriately.
      • Oversee annual laptop purchases including review of new models and rollout.
      • Maintain supported life cycles of software and operating systems on endpoints and servers.
      • Maintain current product knowledge, latest technology trends and threats.
      • Oversee the onboarding/offboarding process of new/departing users, updating processes as needed.
      • Oversee asset management system, including secure destruction of decommissioned laptop.
      • Project a professional and technically confident image to other employees and our clients.

      Preferred Qualifications :

      IS Operations Manager can demonstrate growth by obtaining industry and vendor certifications . Example certifications include:

      • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
      • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
      • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
      • Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamental

      Minimum Training and Experience :

      • Previous supervisory/management experience required
      • BA/BS in computer science or an equivalent computer technology related field with 5-10 years of related experience.

      The salary range for this position is $ 90 ,000 - $ 130 ,000


      Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws . In addition to base pay, you may be eligible to participate in our performance-based incentive compensation or sales commission plans.
